When you upload a quote, create an account, or use Zollera, we may collect your account information, quote document metadata, parsed quote details, and support-related communications.

Uploaded quote files are used to extract structured pricing information, support quality control review, investigate parsing issues, and assist with customer support. Parsed quote data may remain in our database after the original uploaded file is deleted.

Original uploaded quote files are retained for up to 90 days for support, admin review, and AI troubleshooting. After that retention window closes, the original file is scheduled for deletion from storage. Parsed quote data, moderation status, and related structured records may remain so the platform can continue functioning and preserve audit history.

We limit access to uploaded quote files and related account data to authorized users and approved administrators. We use authentication, authorization checks, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access and data exposure.
