ChatGPT sharing notice

When you connect Zollera, ChatGPT can request broad comparisons for supported contractor services.

Zollera plans to support comparisons across multiple U.S. states. This limited test covers Oklahoma statewide. Additional states will use the same privacy thresholds before benchmarks become available.

Zollera shares rounded price ranges, broad sample bands, price assessments, service labels, and links to Zollera. Zollera does not send original documents, individual market quotes, names, addresses, contact details, or account identifiers through these tools.

Zollera receives the service and any quoted amount that ChatGPT sends for the comparison. Zollera uses those inputs to answer the request. The plugin does not store raw request text or quoted amounts.

Zollera stores connection records, hashed credentials, and account usage counters to authorize requests, enforce limits, and prevent extraction. Connection records include creation, expiry, and revocation times. Credentials expire within 30 days. Expired connection records are eligible for deletion after seven more days. Usage counters are eligible for deletion when their windows expire.

OpenAI receives tool results and processes them under its terms and your ChatGPT settings. OpenAI's App Developer Terms grant rights to use app responses. Your ChatGPT plan and settings affect whether conversation data can support model improvement.

You can revoke access from Connected apps. Revocation stops future requests through that connection. It does not remove results already stored in ChatGPT. Use ChatGPT's controls to manage those conversations.

These controls reduce data exposure. They do not prevent every inference or reuse of shared results.
