By using Zollera, you agree to provide lawful content, avoid uploading documents you are not authorized to share, and use the platform only for legitimate home-service pricing research, quote comparison, and related account management.

When you upload a quote document, you grant Zollera permission to store, parse, and process that file for quote extraction, moderation, support, and service improvement. Authorized administrators may review submissions for fraud, abuse, and Terms of Service violations.

Original uploaded quote files are retained for up to 90 days and then scheduled for deletion from storage under Zollera's retention policy. Structured quote data, extracted pricing data, moderation outcomes, and related audit records may remain after deletion of the original file.

AI-generated parsing and price insights are provided for informational purposes only. Zollera does not guarantee that extracted quote details, classifications, or comparisons are free from error, and users should independently review important contractor documents before making decisions.

When you upload a contractor quote to Zollera, our AI technology assists in extracting and structuring information from your document. You are responsible for reviewing all extracted information for accuracy before submission. By submitting your quote data, you represent and warrant that the information you publish accurately reflects the contractor quote you received. Zollera does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted pricing data, company information, or service descriptions.

Zollera may screen user submissions for fraud, abuse, and violations of these Terms of Service. This screening is limited to identifying potentially fraudulent, manipulated, or malicious content and does not constitute verification or endorsement of the accuracy of any user-submitted information.
